COVID Vaccine REligious Exemption Letter

To whom this may concern,

This letter is to serve as a formal written notice that I am exercising my right to a religious
exemption of current and future mandatory vaccination requirements in accordance with Title
VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Mass. Gen Laws Part I, Title XII, ch.76, § 15.

As a practicing Christian, I believe in the Bible and follow God, including the teachings in the
New Testament and the principles laid out in His Word. I find the mandate of the COVID-19
vaccine to be in extreme violation of my sincerely held religious beliefs.

I believe my body, given to me by God is a temple for the Holy Spirit and is my
God-given responsibility to preserve the physical and spiritual integrity of my body, it is to
be kept holy and undefiled by protecting it against unclean food and injections.

I oppose all human and animal derived ingredients in vaccines.

I oppose all vaccines that use my God-given DNA, RNA, mRNA, and any other derived
form of DNA that would alter my God-given body.

Vaccines contain ingredients that I am opposed to such as: neurotoxins (ex: aluminum and MSG
which has high links to cancer and is acts as a neurotoxin ), hazardous substances, MRC-5: a
diploid cell culture line composed from the lung tissue of a 14-week old aborted fetus, animal
parts (ex: Bovine calf serum: blood from a fetal calf and MDCK: a kidney tissue from an adult
female cocker spaniel) , foreign DNA, albumin from human blood, carcinogens (ex: Polysorbate
20, which is treated with Ethylene Oxide, a known carcinogen and is considered a developmental
and reproductive toxin ) and chemical wastes that are proven harmful to the human body.

*Please see [1]) These additives are also often contaminated. (please see [2]) These additivities are
equivalent of a prohibited “unclean food” that causes harm to my conscience as stated in the
Holy Bible, “Howbeit there is not in every man that knowledge: for some with conscience of the
idol unto this hour eat it as a thing offered unto an idol; and their conscience being weak is
defiled.” – 1 Corinthians 8:7. At least 27 vaccines contain cells, cellular debris, protein and DNA
(please see [1]) from aborted babies including but not limited to Adenovirus, Polio,
Dtap/Polio/HiB Combo, Hep A, Hep A/Hep B Combo, MMR, MMRV ProQuad, Rabies,
Varicella, Shingles vaccines, Ebola, tuberculosis, malaria and influenza.

Additionally, the teachings of the New Testament state

● “Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?
If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is
holy, which temple ye are.” – 1 Corinthians 3: 16-17
● “You were bought at a price. Therefore, honor God with your bodies.” 1 Corinthians
● “Therefore, since we have these promises dear friends, let us purify ourselves from
everything that contaminates the body.” – 2 Corinthians 7:1
● Jesus spoke of seeking out the help of a physician only when I am sick, not when I am
well. (Luke 5:31 “Jesus answered and said “It is not the healthy that need a Doctor but
the sick.””) However, it is an offense to God to trust in man-made vaccines with their
numerous additives and mechanisms for altering my body because doing so shows that I
am not putting my faith solely in Him ( “And without faith it is impossible to please him,
for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards
those who seek him” – Hebrews 11:6)

More Biblical reasons that support my need for a religious exemption

In accordance with my Christian faith, I believe that all life is precious and given by God at
the moment of conception (Genesis 1:26-27 “Then God said, “Let us make man in our image,
after our likeness. And let them have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the
heavens and over the livestock and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on
the earth.” So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and
female he created them.”” Jeremiah 1:5 “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you.”) I do
not support abortions at all and believe it to be in direct opposition to God to kill living

Also in accordance with my Christian faith, I believe it to be inadmissible to use the methods of
so-called foetal/fetus therapy in which the human foetal/fetus is aborted and used in attempts to
treat various diseases.

The COVID-19 vaccine’s structure relied upon the cell line of HEK-293: A kidney cell line that
was isolated from a fetus in 1973 and PER.C6: A retinal cell line that was isolated from an
aborted fetus in 1985. [7] Therefore, it would be a violation of my faith to receive the following
coronavirus vaccines:

A. Pfizer and BioNTech – The Pfizer Vaccine was protein tested using the abortion-derived
cell line HEK-293. This information is listed by the Lozier Institute [3]. And the
Nebraska Medicine healthcare company ([4] ) by infectious diseases expert James
Lawler, MD
B. Moderna – The Moderna Vaccine was protein tested using the abortion-derived cell line
HEK-293. This information is listed by the Lozier Institute [3].
C. Johnson & Johnson – The J&J Vaccine has publicly admitted to using a cell line called
PER.C6. This is published on the Janssen website [5]. This information is listed by the
Lozier Institute [3].
D. Sputnik V – The Sputnik V Vaccine cites their manufacturers as using the
abortion-derived cell line HEK-293 [6]

I am certain that receiving the vaccines mentioned above would be participating in the sin of
abortion, thereby resulting in my spiritual death and that that spiritual death in accordance to my
faith is less desirable than physical death because spiritual death results in the eternal suffering of
my soul, as is declared in

Revelation 21:8 – “But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the
abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall
have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.”

And again in Revelation 20:14

– “And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the
second death.”

All of the above is confirmation that it is not only my right to not be subject to the COVID-19
Vaccine, but my duty as a Christian and is contradictory to the Christian faith and cannot be
justified and will lead to my eternal spiritual disaster. It is for those reasons that I am requesting,
through the appropriate channel, an exemption to the mandate to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
I make this request for the glory and praise of God and consistent with my faith.

Thank you.
